Hey there, I’m Wendy Raymond—a craft beer industry veteran, operations nerd, and your go-to person for tackling the not-so-fun side of running a brewery. I get it—brewing is your passion, but navigating the never-ending maze of TTB regulations, sales forecasting, and supplier headaches? Not so much.

Figuring out all this complex bureaucratic nonsense can be time-consuming and downright soul-sucking. But guess what? I love this stuff. (Yeah, I’m that person.) While you’re perfecting your next killer IPA, I’ll be over here making sure your COLAs, TTB Permits Online, and all the other regulatory hoops are handled without giving you a migraine.

With over a decade in the industry, I’ve helped breweries streamline operations, get their products on more shelves, and avoid costly mistakes. I’ve built demand plans, optimized distribution strategies, and smoothed out the kind of operational chaos that keeps owners up at night. I also serve as President of the Utah Chapter of the Pink Boots Society and hold a Certified Cicerone® certification—because knowing beer inside and out makes me even better at what I do.
